Director
He was born in China in1970’s. He got the engineering bachelor degree in China and the construction bachelor degree in New Zealand. His majors are Construction Economics (Quantity Surveying) and Property Development.Lawrence joined in defferent leading professional institutions,such as AIQS and RICS.
Lawrence has been working for different companies across Australia and New Zealand, including various sized professional Quantity Surveying firms, medium to large size construction companies, master home builders, etc.

Lawrence is good at details and communications. His experience in different sectors (commercial, residential, industrial, retail, education, infrastructure, etc) allows him to discover the risk at the earliest stage and adopt all necessary methods to control or manage them till the project completion.
